Why see a Periodontist?
A board certified Periodontist is specially trained in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of periodontal diseases, which are diseases that affect the gums and potentially the bone. Our services include treating gum disease (periodontal disease or bone loss around teeth), treating recession or gingival defects, bone grafting and the placing dental implants, exposing canines for orthodontic purposes, removing problematic frenum removal and biopsy of suspicious lesions.

We strive to provide a high-touch experience for our patients. Dr. Chung takes the time to discuss with you treatment options, address any concerns and walk through the process, including pre- and post- op instructions and care.

We help you submit pre-authorizations and insurance claims, which can be a confusing and time-consuming process.
